    The programs in the Adaptive Culture Toolkit are truly adaptive. They start with a 5 minutes survey, and everything that happens hereafter adapts to the response. This is true for activities as well as for time spend. As an example, the Team Performance program takes a time investment of 35 minutes for the best teams, while members of more challenged teams can choose to spend 8 hours figuring out what to do differently and practicing adjustments.

    Stimulate curiosity and individual development via honest feedback

    Two key drivers of individual development is curiosity and honest feedback – and a 360 feedback process stimulates both.

     

    As a 360 participant, you get a chance to assess yourself on a set of leadership behaviours – and get feedback on the exact same behaviours from your direct manager, your peers and your direct reports (if you have any).

     

    The result is a nuanced view on your personal strengths and development areas - and a resulting desire to address a few weaknesses as well as fine-tune a couple of individual strengths as well.

     

    Triggerz 360 is a fully automated process, completed in 3 weeks:

    • 360 participants are invited
    • Participants get 1 week to invite respondents (who are automatically invited and notified if they miss a deadline)
    • Participants get 2 weeks to complete their self-assessments
    • Full report ready

    1. Focus basic on-boarding on the learning that’s particularly important for each individual (Personalized plan)

    A just-in-time resource portal makes it easy and fast to find answers or helpful resources that empower employees to solve any problem in the moment. No need to ask a colleague or postpone the problem. Just find the answer and move on.
